Here at smelters mill we grind pop corn. once people try it they come back for more. like you said its great with shrimp and the color is so pretty of an orange. we sell alot of it.<br>

I have finally tried it. Took 6 months to coordinate with a<br>
local organic popcorn farmer. Most of the time was getting it<br>
State Certified so I could mill it but we got 'er done.<br>
A very hard small kernel. Took twice a long as a regular dent<br>
corn. Had to spend time on the feed to handle such a small kernel<br>
and they liked to bounce around and out. It didn't take much to<br>
bog the mill down as hard as it is. But cleanup was a snap as<br>
nothing sticks. And a beautiful product!<br>
About a year or so ago some of you tried it and then it seemed to<br>
fade away. So any comments or experiences are welcome.<br>
We'll cook some tonight and make a batch of 'Shrimp and Grits'<br>
since the shrimp are running so good. Best,<br>
