You can get 5 lbs here

Check here on how to make your own.

Just in case you want the homemade version of aluminum-free baking powder
which is only frugal if you buy cream of tartar in bulk! here it is:
2 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Sift together. Store in airtight container. One teaspoon of this is equal to
1 teaspoon store bought baking powder. You can mix it in bulk in advance and
put it in your old baking powder container.
(from Cooks.com)
Now if I run out of my aluminum-free stuff, I know where to go. I won¹t let
my cream of tartar go to waste, either. It¹s an ingredient in our favorite
homemade playdough!
