Subject: [Gristmillers] Anyone in the Charlotte, NC area?

Hello,

I'll be visiting the Charlotte area off and on for the rest of this year
due to my day job. I am new to grist milling, and would like to see a
setup or two. Is there anyone within driving distance of Charlotte?

Two weeks ago, I drove to Meadows Mills and saw 3 refurbished mills that
they have for sale. At that time, I thought I had a deal on a project
mill, but that fell through. I'm looking for a small starter setup that
I can load onto a trailer to grind at museum festivals while my
sugarcane syrup is cooking. I am in the Houma/New Orleans, LA area.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Tracy Baudoin
