[Gristmillers] grits screen size

I used a side shaker for a couple of years. I put 2 screens (one grits and
one meal) on with only 1/4 inch between them and did it all at once. Saved
alot of time that way. The top one was longer so the waste would fall off in
the clear. Grits would fall thru the top one, roll off the 2nd one and the
meal would fall thru and out the bottom.
