[Gristmillers] grits screen size

Now correct me if I am wrong, Grits are uniform in size. The reason for two screens is that it is a "passes thru, but is retained on" situation. The usable "grits" pass thru the 12 but are retained on the 14.
Just wanted to clarify that and please do correct me if I am wrong. I would love to set up a shaker to produce grits.
