I think you can get a 20" Meadows in Alto, GA (one hour north of Atlanta up 85, then 985.)
 
Its is ready to grind, fresh sharpened rocks. It only needs a sifter.

I'm in need of a READY to grind mill.  Meadows or Williams,  24" or 20" maybe 16".
Would like to stay within a 12 to 14 hour (one way) trip from Baton Rouge, LA.
