[Gristmillers] Integrity

Dear Friends:
I am the "alleged" aggrieved party. I have written this forum for
about 2 years inquiring about purchasing a good working mill
for our Brethren community in Texas. I have never received a reply
from anyone. Hence, when I saw a mill in Louisiana for
$1500 I just assumed it was okay. I'm not as upset as John G because
I'm probably not smart enough to be upset.
I DO indeed welcome help to assist me in making this mill work for
our community. It is in pieces and I do not know how
to reassemble it. But, I do not blame the forum. I just trusted the
seller that he was selling me something of value, and I
will continue to believe that until I find otherwise. We need this
for our community of faith.
I would like to bring it to someone who could help me put it back
together (it was in pieces when I bought it), and the seller
provided no photos or schematics to help me put it back together.
John G saw it and told me that there are many problems with
it that I was not aware of. I am willing to drive hundreds of miles
if necessary to get help. We have wheat growing in the field
and we will need to mill it at harvest time (should the good Lord
decide to send us rain!). I just want all to know I don't distrust
anyone on the forum and I do not feel wronged. I just need someone
who feels led to help us. I do not know how to re-cement,
etc. We are willing to work or pay as needed.
I do appreciate John G. for taking an interest in us, and for calling
us. That is very very appreciated. He showed concern that we
have something that is useful to us, and we so appreciate it. We just
need a mill to grind what we grow. Feel free to check us
out at www.thehomefellowship.org I told him we are even willing to
buy a whole new mill and suffer the loss of this mill if that is
what the situation is.
Respectfully,
Faber
