[Gristmillers] Horse Shoe Meal

Has anyone ever heard of horse shoe meal before.  I got a call at the mill
the other day from an elderly lady in southeast Texas asking me if I could
make horse shoe meal.  She could not give me any info about what it was.
She has been looking for it for awhile and cannot find it and wanted someone
to grind some.  I cannot find any info on it anywhere and was hoping someone
had heard of it.
