[Gristmillers] Mill for sale.

I can assure you that the mill is nice.  The owner is a good friend and he did a first class job on the restoration.  Had I known that he was selling it I would have purchased it.  I found out when he asked me this morning if I wanted to purchase items back that I had sold him years ago.  He is out of room in his building and something had to give and that was one of the items, and that is why I can't purchase the items back that I sold or I would.
