I am running a M2B cleaner also, does yours have a fan on it, with 
pulleys that are different sizes to speed the fan up or slow it down?

Also, what are you going to sift with.  Have sifted with some sort of 
silk material, made a very pretty wheat flour, had a restaurant in 
Memphis I sold to that made pasta with it.  Good luck..   Also, I am 
looking for a 30" mill to purchase.  Please keep your eyes open for me
