Fred,  Down here in Louisiana we can get it at SAM"S CLUB, if you have one up there you might try that.  There is also a party supply company that is call "FUN TIME FOODS", they sell it by the bundle, (4) 12&1/2 lb bags) per bundle.  As for white or yellow, all I've seen here is yellow.  If you don't have any luck with the 2 places mentioned, you might try and ask someone that pops "kettle corn" where they get the their corn from.
