[Gristmillers] Milling Popcorn

The first I heard of it was at a fair in Memphis, TN.  There is an older gentleman and his son, closer to my age upper 50"s, that grind at this fair every year.  That's all they grind at the fair now.  As you say it is very easy to use and once you get setup to use it,  it grinds real well.  Makes good corn bread and FANTASTIC hushpuppies.  I did some last year at our local farmer's market and it sold very well.  I've had some of the byuyers ask if I was going to bring the popcorn again this year, (wanting it for the hushpuppies).

If you are going to setup to grind at an event and want to sell what you are grinding,  to me this is the way to go.   Only draw back, it's a little pricey by the 50lb bag.
