Congratulations, I know the work involved. I know what the book says and hp
reqm'ts but you do with what you got sometimes. My 20" runs at approx. 375
rpm vs 700 with 6 hp hit & miss vs 8 hp throttle gov,(and set at mid
speed). All wrong by most of what I read. But I put out 100+ lb/hr with
13-15% waste ( if I don't mess up). I think the wheels dressings have a lot
to do with it. And that's something I know little about. My 16" runs at
rated speed with what I thought looks like excellent dressed stones but not
near the performance of product ratios. I assume you are milling corn.
