Yeah, thanks! I hadn't found that site - wonderful!

I did discover 'carob molasses' at a middle eastern grocery today:

quite distinct from sorghum in flavor but VERY good. It took em a
quarter-jar of sorghum to warm up to it, but I guess now my palate for
sweeteners has been expanded :) Cane is fine but it gets boring to
have your sugar be so tasteless!
