[Gristmillers] meadows speed

Evening everyone,

I have finished the 20" IHC Meadows I have been working on.  I got an
excellent pour on the bedstone and it grinds like nobody's business!!  I
have been pulling it with the F12 for testing purposes, but before I move it
into the mill shed for good, I wanted to take it to the Franklin, NC Early
Farm Days Show.  I'm going to pull it with a friend's 1908 6hp Famous.  What
is a desirable speed to turn the mill for a good grind?  

I'm just going to grind for fun, not to sell.
