[Gristmillers] Mill picks

I've picked a couple up on ebay.  Here's a couple of them right now  
that looks pretty good:

Now if I just knew what to do with them I'd be in good shape.  I'd  
love to watch someone do this so I could learn.  Kind of afraid to  
jump in and ruin a stone for not knowing what to do.
