[Gristmillers] Oat huller

Hello all,
I am looking for an oat de-huller, or huller, depending on where you 
are.  At any rate, the machine that removes the hulls from oats or other 
grains.  Is there a hand or horse powered crank version of this?

I have a two 'roll' machine where the rolls look like very smooth gear 
teeth that fit very closely.  It is not together yet, but the rolls are 
about three inches in diameter overall and about five inches long.  I 
was told that it made 'oatmeal'.
