[Gristmillers] moisture content in corn

I like my corn around 12%, but anything under 13% I think is allright. Corn needs to be around 13% to store without air on it. Just remenber the moisture in the corn follows right along to the meal. John

Thanks for the answers.  The corn we have is at 16%.  We were just worried that too much moisture would cause things to gum up.  Any one run into this problem?
