[Gristmillers] Meadows Eccentric

Hello All,
I want to replace the sidewinder bolter/spout movement with an eccentric on
my sweet sixteen.  Anyone know were to get one?  Without going to a machine
shop or Meadows?
Motion Industries want $400 and it weighs 18 lbs. Kind of overkill.
