Thanks Jeb,

I have been in contact with someone at QCG and she said they had some stationary
plates that were marked "10B" and she thought they were 10 inch plates.  She did
measure them and found, to her surprise, that they were 8 1/2 inch plates.  This is 
why I am wondering it the number designation is for a #10 mill, but since the catalog
says they have 9 inch plates, I am confused.
